The previously approved road crossing utilizing an arch culvert in Phase 10 of the Holding Village subdivision
(SAW-2012-01298) required a revision to ensure installation of the culvert would not impact the stream
channel. The attached impact maps show a wider culvert in red overlaid on the approved impact maps. The
revised culvert is within the authorized limit of disturbance. The revised SCM outlet dissipator has also been
expanded slightly, but is also within the original limit of disturbance. The revised maps are provided to comply
with the condition of the authorization to notify the Division if the project is changed.
