This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0003760. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". Over the review period the facility was issued the following Notices: A Notice of Deficiency was issued for Ph violations at Outfall 002 in October 2022 A Notice of Violation was issued for Zinc violations at Outfall 003 in November 2022 A Notice of Violation was issued for Copper violations at Outfall 003 in January 2023 The current permit was set to expire on March 31, 2022. A renewal application has been submitted therefore the existing permit will remain effective until a new permit is issued.
