Plans have been modified for several reasons,including the addition of a temporary culvert based on NCDOT
permitting comments,updated quantities for gravel(no change in plans).the addition of temporary overhead
utility line and clearing,and the addition of details.This resulted in the limits of disturbance to jump from 102.7
acres to 102.9 acres.
