However, in this case, and based off our previous conversation, I do not have an objection to running the water line in the MC area, and no permit modification from our end will be needed. Chris U: As we discussed yesterday in person, mechanized clearing and temporary impact to wetlands for utility crossing are two different impact types and should be shown that way on permit drawings and in impact summaries. However, since the practical impact of these two types are similar, I do not have an objection to putting the water line in the MC area, and no permit modification will be required. It appears that it goes through our MC area. I checked our permit for this and didn’t see any mention of utilities being permitted with this. Can we run the line through the MC area since we’ve already impacted it. They will backfill when complete. Thanks!
