Tank Farm Remedial Action System Dear Mr. Butcher, Please see attached for the groundwater monitoring report associated with Injection Well Permit #W10700012 and the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. This report includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. Enclosed are a) piezometer level monitoring field sheets, b) the operation and maintenance reports, c) semi-annual lab analysis results of withdrawal wells. The 3rd party certified lab is currently having issues with their method blanks for TDS analysis. In the results section, yellow highlighted values are the TDS results that did not meet those requirements. Samples highlighted in red were analyzed outside of the required hold time. Those locations are not permitted monitoring wells, but part of our internal monitoring. The lab QC department reviewed analytical results and concluded the reported results were acceptable with historical values in those sample locations. Please do not hesitate to contact me at(252)617-5374 if you have any questions regarding this information. Do not open attachments or click on links unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Report Suspicious Good Morning Chandler! I hope this email finds you well on this cold Wednesday morning. So I have pulled the results sheet from that data set. The qualifying note on the bench sheet is referring to the method blank associated with the analytical batch that the particular sample was analyzed in. When completing TDS analysis, a corresponding blank and standard must be ran to validate the method is being performed accurately. During this particular analytical batch, the method blank fell outside of the parameters that are specified in the method, resulting in the qualifying note. I have looked through previous results for this sample and took the average for all of the samples I have archived results for. Everything is in line with how it typically runs, so I would consider the data valid. If you have any additional questions, please let me know. I am available by email or phone here at the office (252)756- 6208. Thank you! Ha*"%a4A1 MC45 rwti c lc.
