Nitrate exceeded monthly average: After detecting elevated Nitrate levels on October 9, we conducted daily process control Nitrate sampling from October 19 to October 27. The daily Nitrate levels have exhibit
a gradual decrease. To address the situation, operators have reintroduced Micro C (Carbon Chemical) to aid in denitrification and lower Nitrate levels, in addition to increasing the wasting rates on the B train to
enhance the removal of additional solids from the plant. We are ordering Ammonia Nitrogen, Nitrite, and Nitrate DPD reagents to conduct daily process control sampling at the plant to monitor values and
implement necessary adjustments to decrease Nitrate levels.
