We actually can't alter the COCs once issued. You would have to reapply for it with the correct letter of
approval/project number and once approved terminate the original COC. Since it's been less than 30
days the fee will be waived.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed so I can alert the payment specialist.

incorrect. C corrected one attached. Can you please re-issue the COC with the corrected permit

grading letter of approval was sent to you. It had the wrong permit number(LDDP-
xxxx-xxxxx).
Please see attached an updated Grading Letter of Approval with the correct permit
number(LDGP-2023-00335).
Please use the attached grading letter and send to the State to have them update your
COC (NCG01).
