We have approved &stamped the phase 10 plans now. You will now need to modify the NCG01 COC since the disturbed
acreage increased. Please see open issue in IDT.
Once the modification has been processed & accepted, please upload the email documentation you receive from the
state as a post approval document in IDT.

The revised plan is stamped and I have approved as noted the review. They will now need to modify their
existing NCGO1 COC for the increase of disturbed area from 10.42 to 10.6 acres.

On April 26th, David Gastel advised that a plat had been submitted. Has the plat been approved and
recorded in the register of deeds office? If so, provide the deed book and page number.

Kim and Jeff,there seems to be a misunderstanding as to what is required or what has been done on
phase 10 in order for Matt Osborne to release for approval a revised erosion control drawing that was
resubmitted a while back. Can we schedule a zoom call together/teams meeting to work through this?

Doesn't plat recording occur after the paving? Or are you referring to a
different plat?

It was nice meeting you outside of TJ's
Deli last week. Rodney Cheek
mentioned to me this morning that we
are still awaiting city approvals for
revisions related to a loop road
grading/erosion control in Phase 10 for
the Brookberry Farm development. Is
city staff seeking any additional
information for Phase 10 that we have
not provided?
