I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Upstream Slope Repair at Slick Rock
Mountain Dam project, which proposes to stabilize 250 ft of lake shore on a lake on Long
Branch in Transylvania County.

Project activities should not impact wild trout reproduction, and a trout moratorium is not
required. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
