Property Managers, Jen Raby and Russell Parmele, were present during the inspection. This was a follow up to the inspection Mr. Boone conducted July 12th, 2023, for which NC Division of Water Resources issued Wrennovation Hunt Village LLC Notice of Intent to Enforce (NOI) NOV- 2023-PC-0393 on July 19, 2023, for failure to comply with the operations and maintenance (O&M) requirements for collection systems as set forth in NC Administrative Code 15A NCAC 02T .0403. This inspection revealed that Hunt Village is now in compliance with the O&M requirements and NOI NOV-2023-PC-0393, is hereby closed. Please be aware that the collection system will be inspected again within the next three to five years, and all paperwork and records should be maintained as required.
