The enclosed PCN is being submitted in response to Item 1 in your Request for Additional Information
letter, dated 8/20/15, requesting submittal of a permit application. Additionally, a check for $240 has
been provided in response to Item 2 of the letter, which is included with the submittal to Raleigh
Office.
In regards to Item 3 in the letter, the Michael J Smith Airport is not a corporation.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or require anything else for processing of the
permit.
