Inspection Summary:
I reviewed the facility again and found that all cleanuop had been accomplished to varying degrees. The tanks, wash station,
drums and waste container has been removed.
The spill clean up was performed, but there are no confirmation samples for the soil removal next to the spill and it appears
that very little to no soil was removed. Without confirmation samples we can't state that all spilled material was removed
from the soil. Buyers should be aware of this fact
Everything that could be a potential stormwater issue fromwhat we can see and from what information we've been provided,
has been removed from the site. I recommend the facility permit rescission.
