BEGINNING at a point in or near the pavement centerline of North Carolina Highway 72

minutes 20 seconds East 30.77 feet from an existing iron rod found marking the southeast
corner of the original tract of which this is a part having North Carolina North American
Datum of 1983 2011 adjustment grid coordinates of Northing = 320,220.29 feet and

a point; Thence again with or near the pavement centerline of North Carolina Highway
72, a curve to the right having a radius of 1844.63 feet, a chord bearing of North 49

at a distance of 26.21 feet, and continuing for a total distance of 898.07 feet to a set iron

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto
belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
