Certification NCGNE1236 issued to SSC by NCDEQ for our former operation
located at 3648 South Fields Street, Farmville, North Carolina. SSC formerly
conducted operations at this location on a portion of parcel number 89338 owned by
Goldsboro Milling Company.SSC no longer conducts operations at this location and
therefore no longer requires the NEC.
