Exclusion)
Dear Ms. Allen,
On June 11, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a close -out packet from you on behalf
of the Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) requesting approval to close -out the subject site from
monitoring. On June 16, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and
overall site conditions. On June 17, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR requested additional information to be
submitted with the close -out request. On August 4, 2015 and August 26, 2015, Ms. Merritt received a
revised close -out report and revised asset table respectively.
As a result of Ms. Merritt's review of the close -out request, the following mitigation is approved:
