Wayne, vvhn alerted you tn the sediment problem, has threatened to shoot any of my tradespeople who might unvvuoh utccn\uo since uccucnoy8Vup oovcvvuy ccnocno/nuo o/ncc--/ one. I un\positive you will get breathless phone cuUo from them for every minor infraction, real or imagined. Lnleso l have some sort nf binding resolution us what l can or can not do with n\y livestock and orchard, there isno reason tnproceed in further trying tn develop this land as ufarn\. Compliace that might be cost effective for 7,000 trees might not hc for 700. Likewise for the on\uU amount of livestock I planned to raise. I have cancelled my order for the 700 cider apples trees and lost a portion of my deposit in doing so. I have also told Craig Bolden to stop work on the pond design and asked Hunter to cancel whatever request /permits we made to develope the farm. This was not an easy decision, but it doesn't make sense to me to beat my head against a wall unless I have binding assurances that compliance is possible and cost effective. We are out of the country for another month and hopefully I may have clearer perspective after I return, but for now, this project is halted Thanks Carl Morrison -- - - - - -- Original message -- - - - - -- From "Price, Zan (George)" <Zan.Prlceamcdenr.4OV> Date: 08/28/2015 10:26 AM (GMT- 05:00) To Hunter Terrell < hunteraeauinoxenvironmental .com >,carl <carlaoz.net> Cc "Alexander, Tasha L SAW" <Tasha.
