10. Comments: Corrective actions have taken place since the previous inspection in regards to the installation
of the silt fence outlet and trenching in of the silt fence.
A groundcover issue was first noted during this inspection but since the homeowner now owns
the Lot the homeowner is responsible for the groundcover.Therefore the Developer is not
responsible for the groundcover issue. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are
required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage
under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities must be requested
by the permittee via a Notice of Termination(NOT). The NOT is available at:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination. Please note that this correspondence
must be uploaded as part of completing the Notice of Termination process.
