Project is completed,stable and the erosion measures removed.Joint BMP inspection w/H. Davis(Meck.Co.). Construction is complete,
wet pond should continue maintenance to resolve low water elevation and ensure plantings establish per plan and the Declaration and
Covenants(PC019). Ongoing compliance is with the Mecklenburg County SWS inspection staff.
