Describe the attachments or comments: We would like to request a permit modification/update for the Vermillion Village Development. During some recent discussions with the Town and NC DOT, they are requesting a lane widening of Huntersville-Concord Road. This impacts the Development and a culverted stream crossing under Huntersville-Concord Road. The proposed activity (modification request) includes an extension of approximately 36 LF of pipe, which will be attached to the existing culvert crossing. We worked with DOT and project partners to avoid/minimize impacts to WOTUS. This request is for SAW-2016-01916 & DWR-22-0672.
