Dear Mr. Peros,
On September 15, 2023, Division of Water Resources staff Gary Hudson conducted a routine
compliance inspection at the Nikola's Restaurant and High Meadows Inn WWTP. Glen Price
was present during the inspection. A review of the October 2022, and April 2023 eDMR were
compared to laboratory bench sheets. No discrepancies were noted. During the inspection, no
violations or items of concern were noted.
