On September 15, 2023, Division of Water Resources staff Gary Hudson conducted a routine
compliance inspection at the Nikola's Restaurant and High Meadows Inn WWTP. Glen Price was
present during the inspection. A review of the October 2022, and April 2023 eDMR were compared to
laboratory bench sheets. No discrepancies were noted. During the inspection, no violations or items
of concern were noted.
The following treatment components and documents were inspected:
Permit
The permit became effective on October 1, 2022, and expires on March 31, 2026.
Secondary Treatment
Secondary Treatment consists of an aeration basin with diffused air and a secondary clarifier with air
lift pumps.
Final Effluent:
Flow is measured instantaneously.
A tablet chlorinator and de -chlorinator are used for disinfection and de -chlorination.
*The WWTP was not discharging on the day of the inspection.
