Glen Price was present during the inspection. A review of the October 2022, and April 2023 eDMR were compared to laboratory bench sheets. No discrepancies were noted. During the inspection, one violation was noted. Violation: The flow meter was last calibrated on October 28, 2021. This is a violation of Part Il, Section D, Paragraph 3 of the permit. You are reminded that, pursuant to NC General Statute (NCGS) 143-215.6A, the NC Division of Water Resources may assess civil penalties not to exceed $25,000 per day, per violation against any individual who violates NCGS 143-215.1, or any permit issued pursuant to it. Glen Price was present during the inspection. A review of the October 2022, and April 2023 eDMR were compared to laboratory bench sheets. No discrepancies were noted. During the inspection, one violation was noted. Violation: The flow meter was last calibrated on October 28, 2021. 1 was notified by Pace Analytical that the flow meter was calibrated on September 19, 2023. The following treatment components and documents were inspected: Permit The permit became effective on January 1, 2019, and expires on December 31, 2023. The renewal application was received on July 27, 2023. Operation & Maintenance The Grade 1 low -rate recirculating sand filter appeared to be very well maintained. The sand on the filter bed was clean and without any vegetative growth. Final Effluent: Ultraviolet radiation is used for disinfection. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection.
