Please revise as needed. RESPONSE: Resolved. The application has been updated to a high-density project. • Application Form, Section E5, Surface Water Area—Please note that you are only required to include the surface water area of surface waters that are shown on the USGS topographic map for this item. Surface waters associated with SCMs are not required to be included. Please revise if needed. RESPONSE: Resolved. The application has been updated to state 0 sf for total surface water area. • Please upload the electronic files for this project as indicated in the 9/26/23 email. Electronic files are required per 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3) and must be uploaded through the following link: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload RESPONSE: Resolved. Electronic copies of the submittal items have been uploaded to the link above. • Please ensure that the BUA associated with the future parking spaces is accounted for in the Proposed New BUA in Section E5 of the Application (since the electronic files were not provided, I cannot say for sure if this is the case, however, based on approximation, the future parking areas do not appear to be included in the proposed new BUA for the project) and that the future parking areas are mentioned in the construction sequence. If you do not wish to permit the BUA associated with the future parking spaces at this time, please remove them from the submittal items or place a note indicating that the BUA associated with these future parking areas is not covered under this permit(the permit will then need to be modified to include the future parking area if/when the future parking areas will be built). RESPONSE: Resolved. All proposed impervious area including the future parking has been included for the proposed BUA in the updated application. • The scale shown on plan sheet C4.01 appears to be incorrect. The plan sheet indicates a scale of 1"=20' whereas a scale of 1"=30' appears to be the actual scale of the drawing. Please revise. RESPONSE: Resolved. The scale on sheet C4.01 has been updated to 1"=30'. • While note required, you can account for the existing BUA that is currently located on-site and is being removed in Section E5 of the Application. RESPONSE: Resolved. We maintained 0 sf for existing BUA as it is fairly negligible and is being removed.
