Good Morning Kaitlyn,

DWR has reviewed the Cox Pond As Built Report. Comments are as follows:

1. In Section 3 please add when DWR completed the as built walkthrough and the results of the
walkthrough.
2. On the survey map in Appendix A I am seeing the no credit black shaded areas for the non-
diffuse flow which according to the project credit table adds up to 3,079sqft which looks
correct but I am not seeing other areas for the missing 2,943sqft. Please confirm the correct
non credit area total is 6,022sqft and point out the areas besides the diffuse flow off of Ditch
C and B in either figure 3 or 4 in Appendix A. If it is there it is hard to see and we want to
account for all areas represented on the survey.

Please provide a detailed and formal response to all items above, including all necessary
supporting documentation, and submit a final As Built Report to DWR via the electronic
submittal form. It would be best to send me an email to me when you have uploaded your
responses so that I am aware the action is pending my review. Let me know if you have any
questions.
