Subject: Lot 98 ‐ NCWRC comments
Hi Brandee and Andrew:
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Lot 98 project, which accounts for
after-the-fact impacts to Silver Run Creek and an unnamed tributary involving 105 ft of
culverts in Mitchell County. As this is after-the-fact, we have no comment.
Project activities would have not impacted wild trout reproduction, and a trout moratorium
would not have been required. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this
project.
