If the project meets the low-density requirements, you can change/update the submittal items to indicate this when you resubmit (The Supplement-EZ Form and O&M Agreement Form have low-density options, the Application would need to be revised, and new/different calculations may need to be provided). Jim, Since we are only adding 0.73-ac of impervious area, would we be able to classify this site as a low density development? We are only at a 10% ratio of new BUA to total project area excluding existing BUA. Thanks, Ethan Ethan Hart, P.E. Strategis, Inc. 803.331.2991 1 P.O. This is also my first stormwater submittal to DEQ as I’m based in SC and I think a quick phone call will save a lot of back and forth through email. Thanks, Ethan Ethan Hart, P.E.
