C. Jones and J. P. Jones (formerly Bud Lynn) ; on the east by C. L. Duke ' s Home Place and W. H. King; and on the South by Crabtree Creek, and being a portion of the land which C. L. Duke purchased from Mrs. Florence Tucker. See 1 Deed Book 700, page 406, Wake County Registry. Being tracts 14, 15 and 16 according to map of the C. L. Duke property dated October 8, 1913, and recorded in Book of Maps 1911, page 75 in the office of the Wake County Register of Deeds. TRACT 2 : BEGINNING at a lightwood knot, being located at the southwest corner of Tract 10 of the C. L. Duke property according to map hereinafter referred to; runs thence north 4 deg. 15 min. east 1543 feet to a lightwood knot; runs thence south 84 deg. 00 min. east 1050 feet to Haileys Branch; runs thence in a southerly direction along Hailey' s Branch_ 1756 feet, more or less, to an iron stake; runs thence North 86 deg. 00 min. east 1800 feet to the point of beginning, and being tract 10 of the C. L. Duke property according to map recorded in Book of Maps 1911, page 75, in the office of the Wake County Register of Deeds.
