Recent storms flushed a qood amount of backfilled material out of culvert. A rock vane was planned
upstream of inlet to fix headcuttinq.

Comment: Erosion crews drove equipment across a marked and flaqqed stream to cut trees without notifyina DOT

be done and then restore the stream section back to its oriqinal bed and bank. The impacts were
associated with an area that is to be temporarily impacted.
