The design capacity for the treatment system is 0.45 MGD and the permitted flow is 0.6 MGD. (2) to reflect current federal requirements for Electronic Reporting of Discharge Monitoring Reports. • Winter ammonia limits have been adjusted to be no less stringent than two times the summer limit in accordance with 15A NCAC 02B.0404 (c). This new limit will become effective two years after the date this permit goes into effect. • Corrected error in effluent table, Mercury monitoring now reflects a monthly frequency instead of “once per permit cycle” for both 0.45 MGD and 0.6 MGD flow.
