Subject: Shady Grove As Built Report review (DWR#2020-1091v2)

Good afternoon,

DWR has reviewed the Shady Grove As Built Report. Comments of the report are as follows:
1. In Section 1 please add a subsection that always includes the results of the as built
walkthrough performed by DWR and reference any documentation that the provider provided
to DWR for as built walkthrough follow ups.
2. In Figure 2: Delete the comment stating that the transect will be performed in MY1 since that
transect has been completed and information was provided.

Please provide a detailed and formal response to all items above, including all necessary
supporting documentation, and submit to DWR via the electronic submittal form. It would be
best to send me an email to me when you have uploaded your responses so that I am aware the
action is pending my review. Let me know if you have any questions.
