Ashley, I'm not sure what code you are referring to, but your Land-Disturbing Permit was issued yesterday and our department signed off on Watershed Approval on your building permit in our permitting system today. I did see a note in your building permit record that this is actually Lot 18 and not Lot 19 as your letter of erosion control plan approval and land-disturbing permit reflect. This is a clerical error on the county's part; I tried to get your plans 1 reviewed and back to you quickly and made a mistake. I'm sorry about that. I have revised your letter of approval and land-disturbing permit to reflect the correct lot number and attached to this email. I will upload the correct land- disturbing permit to your building permit record. I do believe you'd need to file a Modification Form for NCG01 to add the attached letter of approval to your existing Certificate of Coverage. The modification form is a simple 1-page form you complete electronically. I believe you could put that the incorrect lot number was cited on letter of plan approval under"additional explanation" and upload both the attached letter of approval along with this email (saved as a pdf)to explain. I have included staff with NCDEQto advise how to handle the situation and will defer to them. I don't have the code that I need to upload it. Do you happen to know the code by chance?
