Development Plan: The proposed development will consists of a Dollar General retail store.
A stormwater bio-retention pond will be constructed to treat stormwater
runoff from the Dollar General site for water quality & water quantity
control.
The existing site condition for the site is a residential home with auxiliary
structure, driveways, lawn and trees
Phasing: All of the site construction will be developed in one phase of
construction.
Utility Systems: Domestic water supply will be provided via a new service line from the
Town of Spring Hope water system. Sanitary sewer will be provided via
a new service line from the Town of Spring Hope sanitary sewer system.
Historic/Public Money: The property does not contain any historic sites and is not being funded
with public monies.
NCDENR: There are not any non-compliance issues with DENR Agencies.
