Good morning Brittany, Thank you for taking my call yesterday. As discussed the City would like to amend its SDO locations at it's Operations Center and are reaching out per the NCG08 permit, section E-4(b) stating, "Monitoring points as specified in the General Permit shall not be changed without written notification to and approval by the Division[40 CFR 122.41(j)]. We would like to remove SD01 and SD02. We believe they are not representative of industrial activity of the complex. As you can see on the newer map, the red outline depicts the drainage area of the complex and blue arrows represent direction of flow. Finally, we would like to add a new SDO that was discovered upon review of the current SWPPP. It is labeled OOF5 (meaning:Operations Outfall#5) on the new map. 1 STORU WATER . - .
