Due to a legislative mandate per House Bill 600, The Division of Water Resources will be making an update to the ePCN for 404/401 submittals on Sunday, October 1, 2023.  This update
may cause saved data to no longer be accessible. 

Please ensure you finalize any draft form(s) or download and save the form(s) outside of the divisions electronic system to ensure your data is not lost.
