Luke,
Just a few similar items with this other FDS also.
1. Original signature for the applicant
2. Verify/revise impervious area on page 3 of SWU-101. They vary from what's shown on the supplement form
and calculations.
3. Add sod to the bottom area around the sand bed.
4. The bypass is set to el. 198.0', but there is an emergency spillway below that at el. 197.5'. The spillway either
should be raised or provide calculations to show the WQVadj is available at 197.5 instead of 198.0.
This add. info. must be submitted for both this project and SW6130201 by March 16, 2013, or they may be returned as
incomplete. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

The drainage area and impervious area numbers are still not consistent between the supplement form (and calcs) and
the table in SWU-101. The table below shows the differences. Please update these as needed and send it to me via
