Subject: Nesbitt Farms Phase II Stormwater ATC
Good afternoon,

The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received the application for Nesbitt Farms
Phase II Authorization to Construct on November 13, 2018. The submittal was complete except
for an error on the application. In Section D: Contact Information, the applicant (i.e. The Farm at
Mills River, LLC) should be listed under 1. Applicant/Financially Responsible Party. Section 2
should be the name and contact info of the individual signing on the company's behalf. You can
update the application and send it to me, or if you'd prefer, email me that updated page and I'll
replace it in the paper copy.
