I have just found the explanation for why it was not renewed in 2021 in the Permit File in our repository. Please see the
attached letter that went out about owed fees in May 2021. If fees were paid after that, the Program needed to be
notified so we could renew the permit COC. Joyce should be able to take care of it now.

Good morning,
Apparently overdue fees were applied several years ago, and according to correspondence in our file (attached), the
COC appeared to be renewed on Nov 1, 2019—however, it was not completed in our tracking system (it still shows
expired as of 2018). If there were any outstanding fees during the 2021 renewal prep period, it may have been missed
in that batch. The history on why it wasn't renewed with others in 2021 is unclear to me (I can't see dates payments
were applied).
Our Administrative Assistant at the time is no longer here, but Joyce Sanford can help. Joyce, can you please renew
NCG080211 in BIMS? (All fees are up to date).
Once that's completed,Joyce will alert you, and you'll be able to run a Permit Summary Report in 24-48 hours for your
records that will show the revised permit status.
