Inspection Summary:
DEMLR staff met with Mitchell Luckie, Process Engineer, and Russell Stein, EHS Manager, for the site inspection of Marcal
Cordova LLC. During the site visit, the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and all components were observed. The facility
has updated the SWPPP annually, however, since the annual update in 2022, a new Financially Responsible Party has
been identified (Richard Phillips)and the facility is aware of the required changes to modify the permit. The changes to the
permit issued in June 2023 were discussed in length and the facility is aware of the new permit requirements and the
implementation timeline of those requirements. During the site walk, all stormdrain inlets had collection devices/matting
installed for trash/debris collection. Daily housekeeping, sweeping and trash collection, is conducted at the end of each
work day. Both stormwater outfalls were observed during the site visit.
