Staff review of the plans and specifica?ons has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regula?ons set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW3220306, dated September 19, 2023, for the construc?on, opera?on and maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effec?ve from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the condi?ons and limita?ons as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 45 calendar days, but can take up to 90 calendar days per statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed 45 days). Please upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below.
