The natural drainage channel from the southeast side of R/W near STA 5850 +57 (Sheet 2) shall be treated as a "MWC ". Adequate measures (e.g. silt fence, diversion berms, etc.) shall be provided on either side of the channel to contain sediment The channel may not be disturbed until day of pipe installation. The channel shall be stabilized with rip -rap at the end of each work day. 2. Equipment crossing streams /channels must use a bridge mat at all times. Temporary culverts are not allowed under bridge mats. 3. Rip -Rap Stabilization of streams /channels shall use Class B Stone (9" dia) with a minimum thickness of 18" at a minimum. 4. Erosion control measures shall not be removed until approval has been received from NCDENR.
