Attached is the sediment loss and clean up report we talked about this morning on the phone. Thomas Smith, NCDOT
Roadside Environmental Field Operations, was onsite within 24 hours after the rain event. Thomas met with the
Resident Engineer for the project. An ICA was not issued because the RE shut the construction down and directed the
contractor to fix the erosion and control measures and cleanup the sediment losses. The contractor's inspector sent me
the attached report late yesterday afternoon.
Caleb and I will be onsite tomorrow (Thursday) to evaluate the loss and cleanup needs.
