If the project was not closed out or sold prior to the invoice due date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website(deq.nc.gov/SW-ePayments). Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential civil penalty assessment of up to$25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage.
