Hi Nathaniel, I have a site visit scheduled for this on September 6, 2023. I hope it is ok to get this to you past the 30
days? I know that Jane went out to check the system when it was converted to a discharge permit so I know it is good
for that. But I haven’t checked that the irrigation field has been removed yet. I am on light (office) duty for a few weeks
due to medical reasons, so the soonest I can start doing field work is at the end of August. If you need it before then, I
can see if someone else has time to go out there to verify the irrigation equipment has been removed.
Respectfully,
Dorothy M Robson (she/her)

Dorothy,
Please review the attached permit rescission request. A review of BIMS shows you conducted an inspection on Marc h 7,
2023. Contact the owner and schedule a site visit to verify the treatment components associated with the non-
discharge system have been properly disconnected and/or removed. The owner has installed a discharge system that is
3
permitted under NPDES NCG551795 (effective 4/1/2023), and no longer needs the ND system. Once the status of the
ND treatment units has been verified, please update and complete the attached form indicating if the permit rescission
should move forward.
Thanks,
