Within 90 days of application receipt, Central and Washington Regional Office staff will perform
a detailed review of the provided application and will either contact you with a request for additional
information or take a final permitting action. If the Non -Discharge Branch requests additional information,
the 90-day processing period begins on the date the Non -Discharge Branch receives the additional
information. Please note Washington Regional Office staff may contact you to schedule a site visit.
