Its my understanding this parcel is not part of the SW899306 permit and does not drain to an existing SCM. The City will
plan on taking the review in full.
Oh Wow! Hopefully you can keep your head above water and can get some help soon. If I run across any qualified

If that land is not already permitted and it does not already drain to the SW8 990306 pond,then the City can permit
it. Unfortunately my list of things to research is extensive and I will not be able to pull the file and tell you quickly what
is permitted. (Steve and Lisa have both resigned and Jessie is on maternity leave and so things are even crazier than

We just received a preliminary plan for Megacorp Parking Expansion,see attached. I believe the existing Megacorp
Facility is part of the Westfall Office Park DEQ SW Permit#: SW8 990306. However,the parking expansion is located on
a separate parcel with isolated drainage area and a newly proposed SCM. We are under the impression this expansion
can be permitted solely through the City but wanted to confirm with you first.
