The following will be considered part of the erosion control NPDES of the week starting 8/29/2023. Items that are considered URGENT will be noted as such at the beginning of the description. URGENT items are those that pose an increased chance for loss of material from the work site, such as non-functional erosion control devices. URGENT indicates a need for corrective action within 24hr of notice given to the contractor. All erosion control issues not marked as URGENT are to be considered ROUTINE and are to be completed within 5 working days of notification to the contractor. Failure to do so will be noted in the NPDES report, indicated by a date of completion outside the final workday of the week. All items reported in this list must be included in the weekly NPDES, regardless of whether the work was completed or not during the week. The following list is not to be considered all-inclusive and additional items may be added throughout the week as they are identified. Inspection of the site, maintenance of erosion control devices, and maintaining compliance regarding permits and regulations are the responsibility of the primary contractor, including all subcontractors and those working on behalf of the primary contractor. 3 inches of rain was recorded at Camden Road Laydown Yard.
