The Division received your requests to rescind the subject permits. We do not object to these requests.
Per the approval of this action by the Mooresville Regional Office, NPDES permits NC0084565, NC0086592, and
NCO086606 are hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit files for the Division, and
for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters at any of these locations, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.
