ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS/ATTACHMENTS (Optional / If Needed) The area of the proposed injection was inspected on June 23, 2023. It is located at the Rotork facility at 3920 Westpoint Boulevard in Winston-Salem, NC. The area of the injection is generally flat. Part of the injection area is in the interior of the site building. Access to the injection site is good. There were no potential problems observed during the site visit. 7/10/2023 View looking southwest of the entrance to the Rotork facility.
