This review reflects compliance with the subject permit. The following item of concern was noted: 1. Per Condition IV.3 “The residuals from each source generating facility shall be analyzed at the frequency specified in Attachment A.” Attachment A states “Monitoring Frequency for Metals and Nutrients shall occur Once per quarter (4 x Year).” Although 4 samples were taken in 2022, none were sampled during the fourth quarter of 2022. Distribution occurred in March, April, May, June, September, October, and November of 2022 and samples were collected on 3/7/2022, 3/16/2022, 6/14/2023, and 8/29/2022. This review mostly reflects compliance with the subject permit. Other Observations – •Residuals were removed from the Mackintosh WTP. No pathogen and vector reduction data are required. •TCLP data was provided for this permit cycle. Samples taken on 1/3/22 and 1/4/22. •The mineralization rate 0.4 was used to calculate PAN.
