Inspection Summary:
On August 2, 2023, Division of Water Resources staff Kristen Potwora completed a review of the 2022 Residuals Annual
Report for WQ0000461. This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. The following observations were noted:
•No land application occurred during the 2022 year.
•Monitoring wells were sampled in accordance with the permit. Results showed an exceedance in nitrate levels in the
monitoring wells. The facility is still working on a comprehensive site assessment for a corrective action plan with WSRO
DWR staff.
•Land application hasn’t occurred since 2008.
•DWR staff Kristen Potwora requested complete lab results for MW1, MW3, MW4 and MW5 for the 9/28/22 sampling
event on 8/2/23 and James Boles provided them on 8/2/23.
